Cons:

• I wish the wireless range was a little longer. It meets specification, but I still wish I could get more distance out of it.
• The headphones can be a little hard on the ears after many hours of use. I use the computer a lot, so it can start to hurt the ears after long periods of time.

That is the way that I looked at it and I think I gave it a fair look. There are definitely more positives and negatives. The negatives are not really that important for me though.
